'online mental Health First Aid'
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised training course. This is an online course delivered through the MHFA England Online Learning Hub by Jamie Forsyth, as an experienced Mental Health First Aider with personal experience of mental ill-health, his passion and experience really gives the content of the course that extra bit of credibility and shows how it can help peoples lives Learning takes place through four live training sessions, spread across two weeks, with self-learning activities in between. Each session is built around a Mental Health First Aid action plan
'online become mental health aware' course
This course will teach you to understand what mental health is, how to challenge stigma and common mental health issues. You will have an introduction to looking after your own mental health and maintaining wellbeing. You will gain confidence to support others who may be experiencing mental health issues.
